What happened?

📌 Issue Overview

The README file contains a link to CONTRIBUTING.md, but the file does not exist
in the main branch, resulting in a 404 page not found error.

🔍 Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the DevR.AI repository
2. Open the README.md file
3. Click on the CONTRIBUTING.md link
4. A 404 page not found error is shown

🎯 Expected Behavior

The CONTRIBUTING.md file should open correctly, or the README should point
to the correct contribution guidelines.

🚨 Actual Behavior

The link leads to a 404 page not found error.
