Weather with wttr.in

Wanted to not create an account and api for some other openweather services, I decided to make a waybar version of what has become a popular curl tool, wttr.in. Hope some others find it useful too.

I have added some language options. Having set mine to Korean it looks like this:

The repo script is in english by default.
