For #341: fixed problem in "arbre" demo in geocod:

- reporting mechanism luaL_error() takes a format as first argument !
  Hence one needs to pass "%s" then the actual message (if the message
  contains % for instance)
- "arbre" demo had wrong arguments to SliderFloat.
