Delphi 6 with Indy-Master

Hi I couldn't find packages like IndySystem60D.dpk, IndyCore60D.dpk, and IndyProtocols60D.dpk in the master file.
I'm trying to send emails with TLS using IdSMTP1.UseTLS in Delphi 6 but looks like I'm missing the SSL libraries.

There are no packages named IndySystem60D.dpk, IndyCore60D.dpk, or IndyProtocols60D.dpk. That is not the naming scheme that Indy uses. The correct naming scheme is:

• Lib/System
  IndySystem60.dpk
• Lib/Core
  IndyCore60.dpk
dclIndyCore60.dpk
• Lib/Protocols
  IndyProtocols60.dpk
dclIndyProtocols60.dpk

There is also a Lib/FullD_6.bat script available for compiling Indy for Delphi 6 on the command-line.

OpenSSL DLLs for Indy are available at https://github.com/IndySockets/OpenSSL-Binaries. Note that Indy natively supports OpenSSL only up to v1.0.2. To use OpenSSL v1.1 or v3.x with Indy, look at https://github.com/TaurusTLS-Developers/TaurusTLS or other similar 3rd party add-on.

Hey Remy
I am currently facing a problem sending emails because the email authorization level has recently become more secure (port 25 can no longer be used). When I install dclIndyCore60.bpl and dclIndyProtocols60.bpl, they work at first in the project. However, after closing Delphi and reopening it, an error appears stating:
"Can't load package delphi6\Projects\Bpl\dclIndyCore60.bpl"
and the same error occurs for dclIndyProtocols60.bpl.

Could you please assist me with this issue?

My guess is maybe the IDE can't find 1 of the 3 runtime BPLs when it is loading the 2 design-time BPLs. Assuming you built all 5 BPLs that I mentioned, and they are all in the same folder, is your IDE search path configured properly to use that folder? Try using SysInternals Process Monitor to see exactly which file paths the IDE is trying to load, and if those paths are failing.

Also, Delphi (even way back in D6) ships with Indy pre-installed, did you remove the old version of Indy before installing the new version? Maybe there is a conflict between the old files and new files.
