He holds courtesy appointments with the Department of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, the Department of Industrial Systems Engineering and KIOS of the University of Cyprus. He is the founder and Director of the Master Program on Financial Engineering at USC. He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, Fellow of the National Academy of Inventors, Foreign Fellow of the Academia Europaea and European Academy of Science and Life fellow of IEEE and Fellow of IFAC and AAAS.
