Roadmap to stable v3

@jmeistrich hi, apologies if I have missed this somewhere, but is there any kind of roadmap/timeline to a stable v3 release?

I'm looking to upgrade from v2 to v3 but the API has changed a couple of times since the beta version has been out so I'd be a bit hesitant to move until it's stable.

Hugely appreciate your work across the RN space and that you are one person - so this is really just a question out of curiosity! 😄
