CSLA MCP server listens on / but README references /mcp — is this expected?

The README config uses http://localhost:8080/mcp, but the server only responds to MCP JSON‑RPC at / (confirmed via curl and Program.cs).

Is / the intended endpoint, and should the README be updated?
