Repro Steps:

1. Set default spark application type to SQL server bit data cluster
2. Create a project, right click on one script

Result:
It use "Create [Spark on HDInsight]...", which will create a SQL server bit data cluster but named with "Spark on HDInsight"

Fix in dev 1022, will create config with [Spark on SQL]
