Clockwork sets

After 6 and a half years, the Clockwork sets finally get an update!

Now that Nuncabola has the Clockwork assets, I'm releasing a pair of standalone sets, grouped together. These changes have also been incorporated to a newly created clockwork-levels branch.

Here are the "patch notes" for the April 22, 2022 update:

- Giant Neverball and Tiny Neverball have been merged into: Giant 'n' Tiny
- Turbines is no longer a bonus level in Clockwork Alpha
- Rotation Puzzle has migrated from Clockwork Beta to Clockwork Alpha

- Redone the environment order of Clockwork Beta (Ocean >> City Streets >> Volcanic World >> Jupiter/Space >> Alien World)
- Curve World and Smaller Curves have been merged into: Curvesanity
- Jumpers has gained a buff. Several platforms are now narrower
- Road Bumps has also gained a buff. There is now another set of moving platforms. Several static pieces have been trimmed
- Trains eXtreme now uses a 1.25 sec delay + 0.75 sec move to counter balance its relocation to the City Streets environment
- Pinball uses slower flippers
- New regular level: Risky Banks
- New bonus level: Layered Pyramid

- Levels were resorted in both sets as need be to attempt to preserve a smooth curve

Another update has been rolled out. Here are the patch notes for the May 22 update:

- Most levels with switches are now permanent switches (akin to Medium 1). Thanks goes to Adacrop for assisting in this matter.
- Layered Pyramid now has a few more coins semi-hidden. The lower layers are also more spread out, allowing to avoid conflicts with the blue layers.

Clockwork Alpha has been granted another update:

- New level: Flat Spots
- Removed level: Spiral Outward
- Switch Reaction has had its Hard Best Time goal nerfed slightly (0'02''00 >> 0'02''25)
- Bent Road had its time limit increased. (1'00''00 >> 1'15''00)
- Resorted levels and environments to accommodate the new addition and deletion
