fix: add schema to remaining listing pages — /skills, /blog, /about, /faq

- Add CollectionPage + ItemList + BreadcrumbList to /skills listing page
- Add Blog schema with blogPost array + BreadcrumbList to /blog listing page
- Add AboutPage + Organization + BreadcrumbList to /about page
- Add WebPage + BreadcrumbList to /faq page
- Update audit report with 3rd audit scores (68 → 79 → 82)
