Contributing to MyMacCleaner

First off, thanks for taking the time to contribute!

How to Contribute

  1. Fork the repo and create your branch from main.
  2. If you've added code that should be tested, add tests.
  3. Ensure the test suite passes.
  4. Issue that pull request!

Legal Notice (Contributor License Agreement)

By submitting a Pull Request (PR) or any contribution to this repository, you agree to the following terms:

  1. License: You agree that your contribution is licensed under the same terms as the project (GNU AGPLv3).
  2. Right to Re-license: You hereby grant to the project maintainer (Prot10) and its successors a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies of your contribution, in both source and object code form, under any license terms the maintainer deems appropriate (including proprietary/commercial licenses).

This waiver allows the project maintainer to release the project on platforms with strict terms (like the Apple App Store) or to offer commercial licenses to companies in the future, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the project.
