dnscontrol typescript template

Hi, I made a template repository for dnscontrol that uses typescript.
It's supposed to give some ideas how to use typed dnscontrol and typescript tooling.

It also runs your DNS zones through the sanity checks provided by named-checkzone by exporting zones to bind files.
Additionally it provides a script to import zones from a provider into the template.
