Passenger 0.3

Fixes in this release:

• fixed: Driving to a waypoint was not implemented
• added: Animation for the driver to enter / exit the vehicle.

Note, this is a pre-release, some features are still not tested.
The reason for this pre-release is to give people a first impression what will come in the future.
