Add Chinese voice pack and complete localization support#215

I've added a Chinese voice pack with complete localization support. The implementation includes:
Added Mandarin Chinese voice pack resources Implemented full Simplified Chinese translation for all settings options Added new localization files for Chinese language support Incorporated a new field in data packets to support the voice pack functionality The settings interface has been fully translated to Simplified Chinese, providing complete native language support for Chinese users. |
