Ikea Tradfri LED Driver config

I have a IKEA Tradfri 10W LED Driver and do want to change its config. Especially startup behavior, to last value.
It would work with Zigbee2MQTT (according to docu here: https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/ICPSHC24-10EU-IL-1_ICPSHC24-10EU-IL-2.html#power-on-behavior-enum) but with Zigbee2Tasmota I cannot get it running.
=> Setting and reading attribute power_on_behavior seems to be missing in Z2T.

Did you try attribute StartUpOnOff ?

Indeed I found the same attribute (after opening the issue, but on the repo I linked) BUT even though it seems the write command is working (responds with SUCCEEDED) and the read command gives proper value afterwards, by next power off / on cycle behavior is as before and the read commandgives "1" (always on after startup) again

Has somebody positive experiences with setting attributes to the IKEA Tradfri LED Driver 10W and where the change of attribute value survived power cycle?
For me, setting the value works, but it is back to default after power cycle
