Add artnet configuration to ui

Working with tasmota smartbulbs in live theatre, would make my life much easier if there were a way to check + change artnet settings from the UI, without having to delve into the console.

That would be a really useful feature, especially for live theatre and other lighting setups where reliability and quick adjustments are essential. Being able to view and change Art-Net settings directly through the web UI would make configuration much more accessible and reduce the need to use the console during setup or troubleshooting.

A dedicated Art-Net settings page with editable network parameters, universe and channel configuration, plus a clear way to apply and verify changes, would be a great improvement for users working with Tasmota smart bulbs in lighting environments.
