Doesn't work on Windows

So, as the title says, Scrivener Updated to ".scrtheme" file extension for Scrivner v3.1.5.1 on Windows. I've tried changing the file extension, but that didn't work, so there's that.

the formats used by scrivener for windows and scrivener for macOS are, as i understand it, completely different. @NickSquiggles, the maintainer of this port, owns scrivener on macOS but not on windows, and so as of yet we are unable to provide a theme for the windows version of the application as per the note under the usage section of the readme.

we'd love to accept a contribution of theme files that work with scrivener for windows, but until such a contribution is made i'm afraid we're unable to progress with this.

edit: there is the chance we can at least produce a version of the theme using the 30 day trial, but that does leave open the question of how to maintain it moving forwards. i'll leave that up to nick.
