RiTune is an open source application for Android TV (and general Android devices) designed to serve as a playback endpoint. Once installed on your TV or TV box, RiTune makes it feasible to cast audio and video directly from the RiPlay application on your smartphone or tablet.

The system is based on the integration between two apps:
- RiPlay (Sender): The app on your mobile device that manages the media library and starts streaming.
- RiTune (Receiver): The app on Android TV that receives and plays the content.
- Install RiTune on your Android TV device.
- Install RiPlay on your smartphone or tablet.
- Make sure both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Open RiPlay, enable RiTune casting, click the cast icon on home, select the target device, and press play normally to start casting.
