The basic KHE website must be deployed and officially accessible at https://khe.io

• The only required functionality is the ability to sign up for a mailing list to be emailed when registration opens
• All other parts of the website must be visually finished, but need not be fully functional behind-the-scenes. For example, we must have FAQ; but we don't need to be able to edit FAQ from the staff portal yet.
• Tickets are the only required functionality for the staff portal for this milestone.
