Re-encode with filters

Is it possible to re-encode the media with filters, shaders that I apply so that I can watch it on my android/low end laptop?
For example I use MEMC_RIFE_NV.vpy a lot but I can't seem to get it to encode.

Precisely what I asked, is it possible that on a keypress mpv gets the file path, active filters, vapoursynth script and runs an encoding job.
