fix: update pt-br locale (#628)

* Add weekdays short for portuguese (br) locale.

* Removing dots from 'weekdaysShort' and adding 'weekdaysMin'.

* Add 'weekStart' and 'monthsShort' to pt-br language.

* Removing 'monthsShort' from pt-br locale.

* Removing 'weekdaysShort' from pt-br locale.
