How to rebase from tags at current branch?

This is not currently possible, see #2850. The main reason why this wasn't implemented yet is that it's tricky to sort out the keybindings issues; #2850 has some discussion about this, but it isn't really resolved yet.

In the meantime, it should be easy to define a custom command for the tags panel that rebases the currently checked out branch onto the selected tag; let me know if you need help with that.
