[Feature] Customize the default page that opens when you start the software

When I go into a subscription or catalog to read it and exit, it will still be the same subscription or catalog when I go back in.
But I'm used to going to the "All" page when I start the program to make sure I haven't missed a message.
So I'd like to be able to customize the page that the software starts on, so that no matter how I exit or start it, it will go to the customized page by default.

Hey @goddaneel, in this case, would the customized page be the "All" feed or something else?

Personally I'd set it to "All", but I think some people would prefer it to be fixed to "Unread" or to stay as it was last accessed.

Also, I've noticed that clicking on a notification to go to an article automatically switches the focus of the list to the feed where the article is located, so I'm not sure if that's the intended effect.

This is something I've noticed as well. I basically never personally want to be in an individual feed, and always want to be in "All," but my primary way of entering the app is by tapping a notification, which brings me into the specific feed. I find this behavior slightly irksome.
