The pipelines repository needs to be migrated into the Kubeflow SDK to avoid the use of multiple packages and allowing a unified presence for all the packages in the SDK repository as discussed here

Approach

The approach, as discussed in the call, will be to include the Kubeflow Pipelines repository as a submodule, making it easier to use in the SDK, without needing additional installation as a package.
