Description

This pull request adds a new model entry to the gallery/index.yaml file. The update includes metadata and details for the "LuckyRP-24B" model, which is a merged model created using mergekit.

New model addition:

• Model name and description: Added the "LuckyRP-24B" model, which is a merge of trashpanda-org/MS-24B-Mullein-v0 and cognitivecomputations/Dolphin3.0-Mistral-24B. The description includes the merging process and the model's key features.
• Metadata: Included an icon, URLs, and override parameters for the model.
• File details: Added the filename, SHA256 checksum, and URI for the LuckyRP-24B.Q4_K_M.gguf file.
