[Feature] Unpack JSON from variable to args

If we have

json = { {"a", "val1"},
              {"b", "val2"}
           }

func(a="val1", b="val2") automatically through some way of passing. In Python, func(**json) work. kindly advise

Variable templates were introduced in C++14 (The C++ "*args")If you need to accept an unknown number of positional arguments of any type, use Parameter Packs

(Args... args).cpptemplate<typename... Args>
void func(Args... args) {
    // args... can be expanded to handle any number of inputs
}
