Expected Behavior

The YouTube account should persist whenever closing the app and restarting.

Current Behavior

On launching OBS, the account settings are lost, and I must do Settings > Stream > Connect Account to connect again.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open OBS Studio, connect with YouTube Account
2. Close it (or crash it)
3. Reopen OBS (or in safe mode)
   ...
