Add a proper interface for copying/moving a file to another directory in the File Manager

If you want to move or copy a file to a different directory in the file manager, you can accomplish this by manually typing the destination folder, using .. if necessary.

It would be much nicer to have an interface to select a destination directory if you want to move/copy a folder to a different directory.
