Qwen - Chat folders are missing in Android app (v1.4.1) – visible on desktop, not on mobile

Hello Qwen Team,

I'm using the Qwen Chat app on Android (version 1.4.1) and noticed a critical issue with chat visibility.

On the desktop/web version (qwen.ai), I can see all my chat folders and conversations correctly organized. However, in the mobile app for Android, the folders are completely missing, and many of my chats do not appear at all.

Steps I’ve already tried:

• Logging out and back in
• Clearing cache and app data
• Restarting the device
• Ensuring stable internet connection
• Checking app permissions and background restrictions (on MIUI 14)

Despite this, the folder structure and many chats remain invisible in the app. It seems that the mobile version does not support or sync the folder system that is already working on the web.

Device info:

• Device: Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S
• OS: Android 13
• UI: MIUI 14
• App version: 1.4.1

Could you please:

1. Confirm if folder sync is supported in the current Android app?
2. Fix the synchronization issue between web and mobile versions?
3. Add folder visibility in the next update?

This feature is very important for organizing conversations, and I hope it will be fully available on mobile soon.
