My application was rejected

Hi everyone,

My school doesnt have a website, but there is only introduce of school from website of government Ive submitted my letter of admission many times, The official seal is on it! But my application was still rejected!
Is the school website necessary?I have no other evidence

My school isn't in Github's system,Now I don't know what can I do.Application is too hard to accept.
