Reviewing your previous submissions I believe your first attempt was sufficient but your billing information was incorrect. Please try again using live capture of your faculty ID. Hi @samus-aran and all, I am also having difficulty getting past the benefits application. I am asked to submit a photograph of a dated ID or a dated document. I do not have any dated IDs as our institution does not issue dated IDs. As a faculty member, I also do not have transcripts and cannot think of any dated document that I receive that I can share. The institution does have a public faculty directory that is live/updated and I wanted to submit that as proof. I attempted to submit a document that included a link to my institution’s faculty directory with instructions along with a screenshot (this still does not include a date but one can easily go the the website in real time and confirm that I am on the faculty directory). I tried uploading the file as a PDF and as a Word document, but those formats were not accepted. I then converted the document into a PNG and submitted it, but I received an email stating that the image was considered edited thus rejected, which is true since it originated as a document. While the instructions suggest submitting a document, the upload interface only seem to accepts image files. Because the review appears to be automated, I am unable to explain my situation or provide context alongside the upload. How do I get out of this conundrum? |

Hi everyone,
I am a faculty member at Stanford and trying to verify my academic affiliation. Our badges do not have dates, and a letter stating my employment is unreadable by the automated system.
I'd be grateful for tips on how to prove my academic affiliation, which is publicly visible at https://profiles.stanford.edu/nigam-shah
Nigam.
