Hi everyone,

I am a student at University of Technology - Baghdad trying to apply for the GitHub Student Developer Pack.

My application is repeatedly rejected by the automated OCR system regarding my name matching and date verification, as my official academic documents are issued in Arabic.

My profile name and billing information are updated to match my full legal name. Could a team member please take a look or assist with a manual review?
