我使用 GitHub Copilot 桌面版 1.1.33，并已启用 Computer Use。尝试让 Computer Use 查看 Copilot 自身窗口时，工具返回：actions are blocked for this application by built-in safety policy。

Computer Use 无法读取或操作 Copilot 桌面应用界面，因此我无法通过界面配置 skills 或 MCP 服务器。即使用户主动授权，当前也没有明显的设置入口说明如何解除此限制。

This would be a useful improvement, especially for users who want Copilot to help configure or troubleshoot its own environment. I understand why built-in safety policies may restrict an AI agent from controlling certain applications, but the current error doesn't explain whether this is an intentional limitation or a restriction that users can configure.

It would be helpful if GitHub documented which applications are blocked and why, and provided a clear way to request access where appropriate without weakening the overall security model. If interacting with the Copilot app itself must remain restricted, an alternative configuration interface or supported CLI commands for managing skills and MCP servers would solve much of the same problem.

The [Computer Use documentation](https://docs.github.com/en/copilot/how-tos/github-copilot-app/computer-use) explains permissions and application access, while the [Copilot app customization guide](https://docs.github.com/en/copilot/how-tos/github-copilot-app/customize-github-copilot-app) covers managing skills and MCP servers. Clarifying how these documented features interact with the built-in safety restriction would make the experience much less confusing.
