Hey @github @githubsupport, your support system is an endless joke. My Copilot AI credits suddenly dropped to 0 prematurely on 10/28, while the UI still says the next reset is 11/1 UTC. According to your own docs, billing/plan changes shouldn't wipe out credits mid-month.
Worse, your support site is in an endless loop—constantly telling me to "create a ticket" but hiding the actual form so I literally CANNOT submit one. This is unacceptable for a paid service. Please look into account: benchen2001. #GitHub #GitHubCopilot
