I would like to request support for opening, viewing, and editing locally saved .md and .txt files directly in the GitHub Mobile app.

Proposed Features

• Open locally saved .md and .txt files directly in GitHub Mobile.
• Allow users to open files through the system's Open with or Share options.
• Support editing files and saving changes locally.
• Display Markdown files with proper formatting, including headings, lists, tables, images, and code blocks.
• Display Mermaid code blocks as visual diagrams in Markdown files.

Benefits

• Messaging apps: Open Markdown and text files shared through Google Chat, Microsoft Teams, and other messaging apps.
• Cross-app compatibility: Allow users to choose GitHub Mobile to view or edit supported files shared from other applications.
• Convenient documentation access: Read and edit technical documentation without switching between multiple apps.
• README preview: Preview README files before uploading them to GitHub.
