Unable to reconnect to the cloud agent session: environment_unreachable

I created a new session a few days ago and talk a few times with it. On one day, I tried to connect to the session and continue my work, but it keeps telling me that it couldn't connect to the session. I checked the network traffic of this tab and found a failed API request:

GET https://api.github.com/cmc_internal/api/agents/environments/{environment_id}/connect?session_id={session_id}

And received a 409 response:

}

GitHub kept sending this request and receiving the same response every time I try to reconnect so I guess It might be a backend problem. This issue has been existent for a few days.
