Minor one on clarifying docs on editing docs.json

Being new to Mintlify, have been doing some reading up in the docs.

Reading up on this page: https://www.mintlify.com/docs/organize/settings (Global settings), I was trying to understand how/where to edit the docs.json file. This page contains reference info on the settings, but no task info on how to do it.

I assumed that editing the settings in the dashboard (Settings or Config panel) would update the docs.json under the hood. 2 or 3 questions to the ai assistant confirmed this.

I think the https://www.mintlify.com/docs/organize/settings (Global settings) page could be updated to clarify this, and maybe describe/specify where in the dashboard (eg Settings/Config panel) to define these values.

Just a suggestion to make it easier for beginners.
