New Command Line Options

Sorry, I've made some more work for you.
Hopefully not too much, though.

I've just merged neomutt/neomutt#4797
It upgrades all the command line options from -s to --subject, etc.

Most of the changes are of the form:

-"  -b <address>                Add Bcc: address"
+"  -b, --bcc <address>         Add Bcc: address"

I've auto-magically updated all of these for you.
There are a couple of new lines in the help text and a few other small tweaks.

I've marked all the changes as fuzzy.
Hopefully, there won't be much for you to do.
