[Bug]: macOS: Cannot reopen a window after File → Close Window #28042

Steps to reproduce
- Launch T3 Code on macOS.
- Choose File → Close Window.
- The app remains running, but no window is open.
- Try to create or reopen a window without quitting the app.
Expected behavior
The running app should provide a discoverable way to reopen its main window, for example a File → New Window / Open Window menu action.
Actual behavior
After File → Close Window, the app remains running with no window, and I cannot find a way to create or reopen one. I have to quit and relaunch the app to recover.
Related closed report: #435. Reporting this behavior on the currently installed version below. Whether switching to another app and clicking the Dock icon reopens the window has not been verified.
