About EV3's slots

Why can EV3s with firmware V4.0.0b7 only store 4 different programs? Can't be 5 or more? Thanks

This will be considered for a future release. We don't have a file system yet, so we currently store slots in the same way as we do on SPIKE. We also need to do some work on the code editor to support file management.

The vast majority of users have just one or two programs for one particular robot anyway, so it isn't a huge limitation in practice.

You can also combine multiple programs into one if you want more flexibility.
