Your url " https://www.bilibili.tv/en/video/4787291598363136" seems to be a link to one video, not a link to a playlist... Maybe it explains the issue. Maybe try again with a URL that refers to the playlist..?

Rem : this case is for yt-dlp. Note that once implemented or fixed in yt-dlp, the case should work fine in ArrowDL.
