[Bug] When the server deletion finishes it focuses the MCP servers tab

Bug Description

When I delete an MCP server and then switch to the Registry tab, the app takes me back to the MCP Servers tab when the deletion finishes.

Steps to Reproduce

Start an MCP Server, for example fetch.
Stop the MCP server.
Quickly navigate to the Registry tab.

Expected Behavior

I expect to remain on the Registry tab.

Actual Behavior

After a few seconds I'm taken back to the MCP Servers tab.
