Add ResourcePool.resourceConfigSpecDetailed to missingSet filter

New property (resourceConfigSpecDetailed) is only valid when collected against vCenter.
Against ESX is NotSupported and returned by RetrievePropertiesEx in the missingSet
when all properties are requested, which by default is propagated as an error.
