enableScripts: which scripts are enabled/disabled?

The documentation only mentions the postinstall script, but makes no mention of the lesser used ones like preinstall & install.

So my question is: which scripts can be enabled/disabled?

Technically it's both preinstall/install/postinstall (they each run one after the other).
