Respect syndicated post post_status

Hi @barryceelen - thanks for the bug report.

I reproduced this with the following steps, does this sound right?

1. Created a post on site A and publish.
2. Distribute post to site B as a draft (using a netowork connection)
3. Verify the destination post on site B has a status of 'draft'.
4. Change the original post and update it.
5. Check the destination post, it should still have a post status of draft. Instead it has now been published - the status of the original post is copied over.

Expected behavior: the distributed (destination) post status should not be affected by the post status of the original post. I will work on a fix that changes this behavior.

Questions/concerns: What happens when the original post is deleted or made into a draft? Should we display a warning or notice if the destination post is opened? some things break in this situation: for example the canonical url on the destination post will point to a broken/missing url. Also, what happens if I distribute a post as published, then later want to unpublish or remove all of the distributed copies, do we need to enable that somehow?
