error with building wheel

There are lots of problems right now with SD and SD Forge, I've trying to figure this out for days no, but nothing seems to solve it.
I'vre tried absolutely everything on a Silicon Mac..

I'm at downloading 4gb stable diffusion step so I think all CLIP and packages stuff must be done already, but I'm on win 10

Win 10 had same issue, reinstalled exact version in guide to default C drive and added to PATH.
Then git clones the repo, not downloaded as a zip
Then did git fetch, git switch dev, git pull.
then runned webui-user.bat
when got ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pkg_resources' I did everythign from guide:
"Go to your Stable Diffusion folder:
D:\Stable Diffusion 1111\webui
In the address bar, type:
cmd
and press Enter (opens command prompt there)
Run this EXACT command:
venv\Scripts\python.exe -m ensurepip --upgrade
Then run:
venv\Scripts\python.exe -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel
his reinstalls the missing core tools (pkg_resources lives inside setuptools)."
it gave same error and then I did:
"Solution 1: Manual CLIP Installation (Most Reliable)
Instead of letting the launcher install CLIP automatically, install it manually:

Activate your venv:

inside bash(cmd)
your stable-diffusion-webui folder: venv\Scripts\activate
Clone and install CLIP directly:

git clone https://github.com/openai/CLIP.git
cd CLIP
pip install .

Deactivate and run the launcher:

ten try to launch, bat file and it worked.

for someone still struggling here, try this
pip install --force-reinstall pip==25.2 setuptools==80.10.2
or
python -m pip install --force-reinstall pip==25.2 setuptools==80.10.2

If it doesn't work with the commands from above, use these ones instead (these ones actually solved it for good for me):

1. Run the following commands inside your stable-diffusion-webui folder

2. Add the following URL in webui-user.bat

3. Run webui-user.bat
