Following the discussion at the OCIO TSC meeting today, we decided to add this color space to the inactive list. The main motivation for including this space was to be used by the API, it was not really intended as an artist-facing space and there is not currently a need to input or output assets in this color space.
Of course, putting it in the inactive list simply removes it from artist menus but does not prevent it from being used by applications.
Note: We are able to make this change manually on the library side for the 2.4.0 built-in configs and so it is not urgent to add it to the generator.
