AG VPN icon is disabled in AdGuard when VPN operating mode is enabled and VPN is connected

Issue Details

• AdGuard version:
  • 4.5.10
• Device model and storage size:
  • iPhone X
• Operating system and version:
  • iOS 16

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch AdGuard VPN
2. Go to Settings -> General -> Advanced -> Operating mode
3. Select Operating mode
4. Connect to any location
5. Launch AdGuard

Expected Behavior

AG VPN icon is green in AdGuard

Actual Behavior

AG VPN icon is grey in AdGuard
