feat(cli): support Polar payments with Convex

Summary

• add Polar support for Convex-backed Better Auth projects using the official Convex component flow
• scaffold Convex Polar backend helpers, webhook registration, dashboard checkout/customer portal UI, and required env vars
• enable Polar for Convex in the CLI/web stack builder and cover it with a CLI regression test

Why

Convex now provides an official Polar component, but the generator still blocked Polar whenever the backend was Convex. This change lifts that restriction and generates the expected Convex-specific wiring.

• cd apps/cli && bun test --timeout 10000
• bun run build
• bun run check
