描述

定时任务创建时自动存储event信息，任务执行时将存储的event传出给插件，以便llm-tools能获得相关参数

使用场景

比如这边想要每天晚上12点调用“全群禁言”工具宵禁，早上6点解禁。禁言的api需要传入group_id信息，希望定时任务创建时此类参数就被存储，任务执行时传入到插件工具以供使用
